I came in on a Saturday morning with no appointment. I needed a tire plugged which unfortunately required the tire to be replaced. They got me 2 tires and an.awesome price within about 4 hours. They saved my Saturday from a nightmare. Also got me an Uber to a destination far away at no charge. Highly recommend.

Having a car problem is nerve racking. From my phone call to Ira to the time I picked up my car they explained the problem and told me what was needed to make the repair. Having needing a car repair isn't fun but knowing it will be repaired efficiently makes it a little easier.

I was given an 8:00am appointment so I dropped my vehicle off the night before. I later received my reminder text stating the time change to 9:45am. On the day of my appointment I texted at noon to ask for any updates. (None) At 3:10 I asked again. At 3:30 they got back to me they were just finishing up another vehicle and hoped to get mine in next.

I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership regarding a safety recall.
I had to come three separate times starting in November just to get parts ordered. By the end of January, I found out—only after calling Ford directly—that the order had been rejected because the dealership forgot to upload required photos of the mileage and VIN. I would recommend Ira Ford to anyone who would ask. I purchased my car in 2024 and had it serviced several times since and they have been nothing but helpful, courteous, and professional.
As a new customer to Ira Ford, I was anticipating making an appointment within a few days. To my delight, Zachary Lussier informed me that it could be taken care of within an hour. He explained cost, I agreed snd headed to the waiting area as Mr Lussier asked for my keys and went to start the process.

My 2017 f150, needed a motor, new motor available maybe in July. After rounds with service and a letter to the CEO of the dealership group, the general manager worked out a deal. They bought my F150 back, and now we have a new 2025 Maverick.
The service department needs a lot of help. They fixed everything but the problem. Until the end.

Very friendly when you come to purchase the vehicle. Lots of promises as any other. The reason I stopped purchasing vehicles at Herb Chambers Southborough MA, was because after6 or 7 new vehicles purchasedat at the , I couldn't have a loner vehicle from them. This was my number 1 request to Ira Ford when purchasing my brand new 2022 F150.

I brought my vehicle in for service (transmission issues) and a few other things as well. I made my appointment online-awesome! Went to the appointment and everything about the service was smooth. The tech I spoke with about the issues (Jake) was so nice. Very personable and professional. He asked about the issues and my concerns and then explained how the service would go. He kept me updated by text and email. I absolutely LOVED that my truck was brought home to me!!!! Valet service is awesome!!!

Charging for diagnosis hours and hours for thousand+ dollars. Lack of communication for timeline of repair/ did not feel like a priority for car to be worked on until days after drop off appointment. Car broke down in highway after being repaired and had to have it towed there at my expense. No courtesy car available.

The service writer gave me a clear picture of what my work on my 2019 F150 was going to cost, and it came in exactly as quoted, which was good since it was a $5,000 cam phaser job!
